In her previous role at a national law firm, Anna headed the firm's Intellectual Property practice.

She is an experienced intellectual property and brand protection lawyer who has particular expertise in trade mark portfolio management and IP strategy.

Anna assists clients in developing logos and brand product names that are eligible for trade mark registration. She also helps clients in securing trade mark registration and commercialising those brand assets through trade mark licensing and other agreements.

Anna acts for clients in overcoming objections raised by the intellectual property office during the trademark process, including objections relating to descriptiveness.
