International Cartel Workshop, Vienna (10 – 12 June 2026)

I am pleased to share that I will be attending the 2026 Antitrust International Cartel Workshop in Vienna this June. Hosted by the ABA Antitrust Law Section in partnership with the International Bar Association, the workshop brings together a distinguished international faculty to explore the complexities of global cartel investigations. Now in its 29th year, the programme draws leading practitioners, enforcers, and academics from around the world for three days of intensive, practical and forward‑looking discussion.

This year’s programme will centre on a hypothetical global cartel investigation, explored through demonstration‑based instruction and commentary from a global panel of competition lawyers and enforcement officials. The workshop will also feature “Enforcer Spotlight” panels offering insights into current enforcement priorities across APAC, the Americas, the EU, and its member states. With a strong focus on emerging issues and policy developments, it promises to be an invaluable opportunity to deepen understanding of the latest trends shaping cartel enforcement globally.

I am very much looking forward to connecting with colleagues from across jurisdictions, participating in the workshop’s engaging programme, and contributing to discussions regarding best practice in international cartel enforcement.
